Diego Marquéz participará en un encuentro literario en el Círculo Mercantil de Albox, organizado en colaboración con la Tertulia Artística y Literaria del Almanzora (TALA).
Una oportunidad para conocer al autor, descubrir sus libros publicados en español y hablar sobre sus historias, sus personajes y su particular forma de escribir.
Una tarde dedicada a la literatura, la imaginación y, por supuesto, a Albox.

12.08.2026 – Ein Buch für die Alfarería „El Puntas“ in Albox
Heute haben wir ein signiertes Exemplar meines spanischen Romans „La plata de los fenicios“ an die Alfarería „El Puntas“ in Albox übergeben.
Der Inhaber war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs in Jaén, deshalb nahm sein Sohn, Miguel Luis, das Buch stellvertretend entgegen.
Die traditionelle Töpferei ist ein besonderer Ort in Albox. Zwischen jahrhundertealter Handwerkskunst, Keramik und den Spuren der Vergangenheit passt ein Buch über die Geschichte und Geheimnisse der Region wohl kaum irgendwo besser hin. Die Alfarería „El Puntas“ spielt auch im Roman selbst eine wichtige Rolle und ist damit nicht nur Kulisse, sondern Teil der Geschichte.
Meine Widmung:
„Donde las manos de tierra crean historias, el viejo oficio aún tiene futuro.“
Wo Hände aus Erde Geschichten formen, hat altes Handwerk noch Zukunft.
Ein kleines Stück meiner Albox-Geschichte bleibt damit an einem Ort, an dem bis heute mit den Händen gearbeitet wird.

12.08.2026 – Un libro para la Alfarería «El Puntas» en Albox
Hoy hemos entregado un ejemplar firmado de mi novela en español «La plata de los fenicios» a la Alfarería «El Puntas» de Albox.
El propietario se encontraba en Jaén en el momento de nuestra visita, por lo que su hijo, Miguel Luis, recibió el libro en su nombre.
La alfarería tradicional es un lugar especial en Albox. Entre siglos de artesanía, cerámica y huellas del pasado, un libro sobre la historia y los secretos de la región difícilmente podría encontrar un lugar más apropiado. La Alfarería «El Puntas» también desempeña un papel importante en la novela y, por tanto, no es solo un escenario, sino parte de la historia.
Mi dedicatoria:
«Donde las manos de tierra crean historias, el viejo oficio aún tiene futuro.»
Donde unas manos dan forma a historias con la tierra, la artesanía de siempre todavía tiene futuro.
Un pequeño pedazo de mi historia de Albox queda así en un lugar donde todavía hoy se trabaja con las manos.

12.08.2026 – A Book for the “El Puntas” Pottery in Albox
Today we handed over a signed copy of my Spanish novel “La plata de los fenicios” to the “El Puntas” pottery in Albox.
The owner was in Jaén at the time of our visit, so his son, Miguel Luis, received the book on his behalf.
The traditional pottery is a special place in Albox. Surrounded by centuries-old craftsmanship, ceramics and traces of the past, a book about the history and secrets of the region could hardly find a more fitting place. The Alfarería “El Puntas” also plays an important role in the novel and is therefore not merely a setting, but part of the story.
My dedication:
“Where hands shape stories from earth, the old craft still has a future.”
A small piece of my Albox story now remains in a place where people still work with their hands to this day.
